Horatio Slice: Revamped Edition Coming Soon!

A few years ago, I wrote a book called Horatio Slice: Guitar Slayer of the Universe. Sadly, the publisher closed its doors, leaving Horatio homeless.

I’m thrilled to share exciting news. Deep Desires Press will publish a new version of the book soon! What do I mean by new? Well, although it pains me to say it, the old version was, WORDY. Six-hundred something pages if I recall. The new edition will be tighter, with faster pacing and more character development.

A friend asked me how I felt about revamping an already completed project. My answer was “Pretty fucking great!”. I know these characters inside and out. Working with them feels like hanging out with old friends. But Oleander, you say, why not just write a sequel? Here’s the thing, a sequel would be fun. But adding another layer to a wonky foundation didn’t make sense.

While I don’t have a definitive release date, stay tuned! I promise, it will be worth the wait.
